Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your 19th Merino gear. If something isn’t right, we accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn, washed, or removed from their original packaging are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
